An amazing startup deserving of an amazing e-commerce plan
Faire Child 's mission is simple and twofold: to create clothes that encourage kids to play outside, and to make as small of an impact on the environment as possible throughout the entire product lifecycle. Their unique fabric is water resistant, breathable and can be recycled indefinitely. Faire Child’s vision of creating sustainable clothing for children resonated with their customers, and after a successfully-funded Kickstarter campaign, they shipped their first products in March 2018.

Developing a plan
We met with fashion designer-turned-business owner Tabitha Osler to get Faire Child's online business up and running. Together, we developed a rock solid Action Plan to bring the Faire Child brand to life online.
Getting to know the users
We set up a series of in-person workshops with the Faire Child Makewear team to capture detailed user stories for every possible user of the site. We applied these narratives to the creation of powerful content and customization of Shopify features and apps. With these selected, we were able to map out the infrastructure of the store with a hands-on card sorting session.
Designed for success
The result is a stunning, photo-driven website that meshes perfectly with the Faire Child Makewear brand and integrates their custom Shopify store.
